Considering the intimate nature of our merchandise, a health code regulation prohibits us from accepting the return of underwear.
Therefore, we will only accept returns if they have a manufacturing defect or if we’ve accidently sent the wrong size/style.
All returns must have been approved and be accompanied with a properly filled out form within 15 days of reception.
