I ordered a large and an extra large and wanted to leave a review for sizing reference since those feel pretty scarce. I am 6’2” 185lb/84kg with a skinny/muscular build, but I do have a decent butt. My waist is 33” and I typically wear large in other underwear like Tommy John. I would say my package is ~6.25” erect, and about half that flaccid. I felt constricted in the large and manage to fit in the xl when erect, although it creates a decent gap all around the pouch and my waist, but still very comfortable and fits me very well and is extremely flattering when not erect.

This is my first thong. But not my last. I bought it in Black Friday but was worried that it’d be uncomfortable and that girls wouldn’t like it.

At first it was a different feeling to wear. It took about a week to get used to having the strap up my bum crack. After that, perfect fit. It’s like wearing nothing!

Girls love it too! I’ve been with 7 different ones since November and every one of them enjoys the look and feel.

I bought black but am buying a more fun colour and another style. And will try a string too. And maybe a jock strap too.
